Workwear rather than protective equipment, and specified as such: this is a cotton coat for laboratory and clinical wear, not a barrier garment, and it carries no PPE classification. Where the task needs a barrier, the AAMI-rated gown or apron is the right choice.
100 % cotton twill breathes over a long shift in a way a non-woven does not, and it launders repeatedly, so the cost sits in the wash rather than in the carton.
Knee length with long sleeves and straight cuffs, two hip pockets and a left chest pocket, and a concealed-stud back slit so it sits properly when the wearer is seated. Unisex, S to L.
