Send the product, the volume, the delivery window and the destination. If you have an Incoterms preference, say so; otherwise we will quote DAP for institutional deliveries so you have one landed price.
Name the product and the standard. We will send the current revision, and tell you the edition it was tested against rather than the edition it references.
Send the draft specification or the requirement list. We check standards and editions, AQL levels, test methods and whether the documentation asked for actually evidences the claim.
Clinical users evaluate fit and tactility directly, and a datasheet will not settle it. Tell us the sizes and the number of wearers, and whether latex-free or accelerator-free is required.
